Located in northern Warden Ave. in East Gwillimbury, this residential house owner needed to enhance their access and space by adding an attached garage with workshop space on top of it.

 

This is the largest residential garage in the area that accommodates a spacious workshop right on the top. Photos of the house before the addition of the garage are available along with the drawings.
